Terms of Use

1. Purpose of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") define the rules governing access to and use of the GENIEGOOD mobile application and related digital services operated by GENIEGOOD SOLUTIONS SAS ("GENIEGOOD", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the application, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the application.

GENIEGOOD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


2. Platform Description

GENIEGOOD is a technology platform designed to facilitate connections between:

  • individuals seeking services ("Users"), and

  • independent professionals or entities offering services or missions ("Partners" and "Mission Providers").

GENIEGOOD does not itself provide the services offered through the platform and does not act as a service provider.


3. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • User refers to any person using the application to request or access services.

  • Partner refers to any individual or legal entity registered to offer services through the platform.

  • Mission Provider refers to any individual or entity carrying out missions or tasks made available through the application.

  • Application refers to the GENIEGOOD mobile application and associated services.


4. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Access to the application is reserved for individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older, or those legally authorized to use such services.

  • All users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.

  • Account credentials are personal and must be kept confidential. Any activity carried out through an account is deemed to be performed by the account holder.

GENIEGOOD may suspend or restrict access to any account in case of inaccurate information, misuse, or breach of these Terms.


5. Rules of Use

Users, partners, and mission providers agree to:

  • use the application in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;

  • refrain from any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity;

  • avoid disrupting the operation or security of the platform;

  • respect the rights and obligations of other platform users.

Any violation may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of access.


6. Obligations of Partners and Mission Providers

Partners and mission providers expressly acknowledge that:

  • they operate independently and under their own responsibility;

  • they are solely responsible for the quality, legality, and execution of their services or missions;

  • they must comply with all applicable professional, legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements;

  • they must hold all required permits, licenses, and insurance necessary for their activities.

GENIEGOOD does not supervise, control, or guarantee the services performed by partners or mission providers.


7. Financial Terms and Payments

  • Certain services available through the application may be subject to fees.

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers.

  • GENIEGOOD does not collect, store, or have access to users’ banking or card details.

  • Pricing, fees, and applicable charges are displayed within the application where relevant.

  • Partners and mission providers are solely responsible for their own tax, social, and financial obligations.


8. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund rules depend on the nature of the service or mission concerned.

  • Fees may apply in the event of late cancellation or modification.

  • Any request or complaint must be submitted promptly via the application or designated support channels.

GENIEGOOD reserves the right to assess refund requests in accordance with the applicable conditions.


9. Liability and Disclaimer

GENIEGOOD acts exclusively as an intermediary platform and shall not be held liable for:

  • the performance, quality, or outcome of services provided by partners or mission providers;

  • disputes, damages, losses, or incidents arising between users and third parties;

  • indirect or consequential damages related to the use of the application.

All interactions and agreements between users, partners, and mission providers are entered into at their own risk.


10. Personal Data

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by GENIEGOOD’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Users acknowledge having read and understood the Privacy Policy.


11. Prohibited Activities

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • use the application for unlawful or deceptive purposes;

  • publish or transmit illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content;

  • attempt to manipulate, defraud, or compromise the platform or its users.

GENIEGOOD may take appropriate legal or technical measures in response to any prohibited activity.


12. Suspension and Termination

  • Users may terminate their account at any time through the application.

  • GENIEGOOD may suspend or permanently terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

  • Outstanding financial obligations must be settled prior to definitive account closure.


13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
